Stoneground Sandwich Loaf

A large sandwich loaf made from wheat organically grown and stone-milled in Yorkshire with a touch of Scotland the Bread organic wholemeal rye. Lighter than a wholemeal and more flavoursome and substantial than a white, this loaf has a more pronounced sourdough tang due to a longer final fermentation.

Ingredients: Organic sifted stoneground wholemeal wheat flour, water, organic stoneground wholemeal wheat flour, organic wholemeal rye flour, sea salt, malted barley flour
